JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly reporting to our Sales Operation Manager, the Sales Administration Specialist provides support to the Sales Department in setting and monitoring sales targets, preparing reports and sales analysis, coordinating dealer certification programs, and performing other administrative tasks within the department. This role ensures effective tracking of objectives and results for our dealer network and the company.

Therefore, the individual taking on this role will be responsible for:

Handle basic queries and issues within established guidelines

In this role, you will prepare and deliver essential reports, such as dashboards and portfolio reports, to support Field Managers in monitoring and managing the performance of the dealer network.

Administer back-office procedures supporting the supply and delivery of vehicles, parts, and accessories

You will assist in the management of sales notifications, implementing improvements where applicable, maintaining and supporting key sales systems and contributing to monthly closing activities related to Finance & Insurance (F&I) while preparing the required M+4 reporting. Furthermore, you will liaise with external providers to resolve any issues promptly, and act as backup support for the Vehicle Logistics Department by assisting the dealer network and handling transport-related incidents when necessary.

Liaise with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding

You will collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales Planning, Logistics, Aftersales, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective coordination across all processes, fostering mutual understanding.

Coordinate the Certification Program for the salesforce

You will manage the Certification Program for the sales team by maintaining relationships with training providers and controlling the program budget in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Additionally, you will review the content of different training modules with area managers from Marketing, Sales, Financing, Used Cars, and the Business Center. Regular monitoring of the program will be essential, as well as applying continuous improvements to ensure the achievement of the required objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this position will bring the following:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (preferably in companies within the automotive sector or in international matrix environments).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration, operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales systems (SIGMA, ODEC, ANT & APAK) desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Fluency in both English (C1) and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Driver´s license.
