Compliance Audit Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cuatrecasas is seeking a compliance audit specialist
with at least 2 years' experience to join our Barcelona office, examining the
appropriate design of controls and monitoring their fulfillment and efficiency
in compliance matters. The successful candidate will be an active member of the
Compliance Department, reporting to the compliance audit manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main duties are:

• Participating in the assessment, analysis and follow-up of
  compliance risks
• Assessing the design of internal controls implemented in
  the firm's main processes
• Supervising the fulfillment and efficiency of internal
  controls following the annual plan established for the whole Cuatrecasas group
• Verifying the compliance of internal and external
  regulations when applying the main business processes
• Executing the audit work planned under the supervision of
  the area manager
• Proposing action plans derived from audit reports
• Reporting to senior management
  
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of laws, bachelor in business administration and
  management/economics or double degree in law and business administration
  and management
• Two years' experience in a similar position
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
