We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee our Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) engagements across key client accounts. This role is central in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of PMO and project management services in complex pharma and life science environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for PMaaS delivery across one or more client accounts.
• Ensure delivery excellence of project managers and PMO resources by providing guidance, coaching, and quality assurance.
• Improve overall delivery performance and maturity of the PMO setup within assigned client projects.
• Lead regular delivery reviews with internal stakeholders and client-side counterparts.
• Proactively address delivery risks, resource gaps, or misalignments.
• Align PMaaS service delivery to evolving client expectations, SOWs, and Fusion best practices.
• Support development of training plans, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulated environments and relevant documentation (GxP, CSV, etc.).

Additional Information

• This is a full-time remote position with approximately 20% travel required, depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project and program delivery in consulting or life sciences industries.
• Strong leadership experience in managing teams of project managers and PMO professionals.
• Proven track record in leading multi-project environments, preferably within pharma.
• Familiarity with service models and SOW-driven delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
