Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead business transformation initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders in a complex, multicultural environment.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology and business areas.
  • Drive alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ensure delivery governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
  • Support decision-making through clear communication and structured insights.
  • Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  • Maintain strong customer focus throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Business or Engineering Degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Delivery and/or Program / Project Management.
  • Proven track record in large-scale digital or business transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of ERP-driven enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in multicultural and complex organizations.
  • Fluent in English.
Additional Information
  • Experience with CPQ platforms.
  • Exposure to Service Execution platforms.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ or Salesforce.
  • Business Analyst background.
