What Can You Expect?
And you might be thinking: This is great, what will my day-to-day be like, at TDC? I'm glad you asked.

As a Product Delivery Lead for GAM-IT, you will play a key role in enabling Zurich's global risk accumulation capabilities. You will lead the delivery of Catastrophe Modelling IT Products, ensuring our platforms support regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with risk modelers, architects, and developers to shape and deliver solutions that integrate complex exposure data and modelled results across Zurich's global footprint. This role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery ownership, and a solid understanding of integration with external platforms for loss modeling, transformation, and governance. What will give you the opportunity to:

• Lead the delivery of data-driven IT products in the Group Accumulation Management space, with focus on portfolio modeling.
• Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and delivery artifacts.
• Design and oversee data flows and transformation logic, ensuring scalability, traceability, and performance.
• Collaborate with risk modelers and technical teams to define workflows for exposure data and results from catastrophe models.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance in alignment with Zurich's standards.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
• Support release planning and validation activities with focus on performance, security, and business value.
• Champion platform and data architecture consistency, working closely with Data Architects and Information Security.
• Offer functional consulting to internal consumers of GAM exposure and results.
• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.

What Makes You a great Fit?

• Experience in data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, or ETL tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka).
• Understanding of data modeling, transformation, visualization and governance principles (e.g., SQL).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization with senior stakeholders.
• Track record in agile product delivery in technical environments.
• Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders, especially in data-centric contexts.
• Fluency in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus).
• Experience coordinating UATs, releases, and performance/security validations.
• Familiarity with risk modeling and exposure data in insurance domain knowledge (preferred).
