Your Role: Product Director

We're looking for a Product Director to lead the global strategy, evolution, and adoption of Merkle Arc. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the product vision, drive commercial success, and shape how global brands deliver cutting-edge digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Commercial Growth

2. Define product vision and translate it into clear commercial outcomes and market differentiation.

3. Develop pricing, licensing, and packaging models to maximize client value and internal adoption.

4. Go-to-Market Leadership & Revenue Impact

5. Own end-to-end GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

6. Champion Arc in sales cycles and lead executive-level pitches for top-priority deals.

7. Nearshore & Offshore Delivery Model Leadership

8. Shape and lead centralized nearshore/offshore teams for engineering and scaled delivery.

9. Ensure delivery excellence and margin improvement through playbooks and reusable modules.

10. Partner Ecosystem Management

11. Build strategic alliances with Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, and other technology partners.

12. Drive joint GTM activities and influence platform roadmaps to strengthen competitive advantage.

13. Internal Adoption & Change Leadership

14. Establish governance, certifications, and training to drive adoption across EMEA markets.

15. Lead internal evangelism and build a global community of Arc specialists.

16. Cross-Functional Leadership & P&L Accountability

17. Lead teams across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Delivery while managing product budget.

18. Drive efficiencies, scalability, and create a culture of innovation and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in senior roles across digital product management, platform engineering, unified commerce, or enterprise consulting.
• Proven ability to scale a digital product or accelerator commercially across multiple regions.
• Strong experience managing or collaborating with nearshore/offshore engineering and delivery teams.
• Commercially driven, with a strong track record in revenue growth, pricing, and enterprise deal shaping.
• Deep understanding of headless architectures, composable commerce, and design systems.
• Experience in global matrix organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with MACH, , Vercel, Storybook, Figma, or major CMS/commerce platforms.
• Background in luxury, retail, or omnichannel commerce.
• Experience defining or scaling a repeatable delivery model for digital products.
