About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated
B2B Digital Sales Specialist
fluent in
Spanish and English
to join our LinkedIn Refuel team in Sofia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business development and lead generation, with a proven ability to engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive digital advertising sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct cold calling, outreach campaigns, and lead qualification to identify new opportunities.
- Present and promote LinkedIn digital advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Requirements:
- Languages: Native or fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience, ideally in the tech or digital advertising industry.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of business development and lead generation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- EU nationality is essential
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: competitve
- Bonus: 2,000 BGN target bonus
