What You'll Master in This RoleStrategic Revenue Leadership

  • Design and implement comprehensive revenue strategies for each property
  • Lead daily, weekly and monthly business reviews with hotel ownership and management teams
  • Drive revenue optimization across all distribution channels and market segments

Advanced Analytics & Forecasting

  • Develop sophisticated 13-month rolling demand calendars
  • Create dynamic pricing strategies that maximize both ADR and occupancy
  • Build competitive intelligence frameworks that drive market share growth

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Optimize distribution mix across OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate channels
  • Negotiate and manage key distribution partnerships
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and market opportunities

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Mentor hotel teams on revenue management best practices
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Lead change management initiatives to embed revenue culture

Your Background

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year, ideally 2
    of hands-on hotel revenue management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with major PMS systems, channel managers, and revenue management tools

  • EU citizenship or valid Spanish work authorization
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
