Your day to day
Cada plato tiene el potencial de crear un recuerdo para toda la vida de nuestros huéspedes. Para brindar todo esto y mucho más, buscamos un Asistente de Chef con pasión por la presentación, dedicación al sabor y compromiso para establecer elevados estándares desde su lugar de trabajo hasta la mesa y más allá.

Cada día es diferente, pero la mayor parte del tiempo deberá:

  • Hacer que cada comida sea una fiesta para los ojos y un regalo para las papilas gustativas.
  • Adueñarse de su puesto de trabajo - mantenerse al tanto de los suministros, equipos y desperdicio.
  • Ser más limpio que lo limpio para cumplir o superar las exigencias de la legislación local sobre limpieza e higiene.
  • Ayudar con el lavado y otras obligaciones de la cocina cuando sea necesario.
  • Asumir otras obligaciones ad-hoc como un verdadero jugador de equipo.

What We Need From You

  • La fuerza para levantar, empujar y arrastrar objetos grandes, de hasta 50 lbs (23 kg) lo que también puede incluir inclinarse y arrodillarse.
  • Un buen dominio de la lectura, escritura y matemáticas básicas.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos nocturnos, de fin de semana y festividades.
  • Cumplimiento con la legislación local sobre manipulación y servicio de alcohol - para ello necesitará superar la edad mínima requerida y tener fluidez en el idioma local.
  • Excelente comunicación - deberá ser cálido, acogedor y buen conversador.
