**Your day to day**:
**First impressions matter — and lasting ones even more. As a**Guest Experience Trainee**, you'll be at the heart of delivering personalized, meaningful, and memorable moments for every guest. More than just a warm welcome, you'll be the go-to person for insights, support, and experiences that go beyond expectations.**

**Every day brings a new opportunity to connect with people, but your key responsibilities will include**:
- **Creating warm, sincere, and personalized welcomes for all guests.**
**- **Assisting in the smooth arrival and departure experience, while ensuring every interaction feels personal and genuine.**
**- **Proactively engaging with guests throughout their stay to enhance satisfaction and gather feedback.**
**- **Supporting the Guest Experience Manager in tracking guest preferences and ensuring VIPs, returning guests, and IHG One Rewards members receive tailored service.**
**- **Responding promptly to guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns — always turning issues into positive experiences.**
**- **Offering curated recommendations for local attractions, dining, and cultural activities that elevate the stay experience.**
**- **Collaborating with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless and cohesive service.**
**- **Assisting with guest surveys, follow-ups, and service recovery cases when needed.**
