Role Summary
We are looking for a
Content Intern
to join our team in Barcelona starting June 2026. This internship is based exclusively in Barcelona, so applicants must already reside there or be willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.

You'll support three core pillars of our marketing strategy: content, brand, and commercial growth. From shaping how our creators and campaigns appear across social platforms to developing assets that support sales and partnerships, your work will directly impact how we tell our story.

You'll be encouraged to take ownership of creative projects from start to finish—bringing ideas to life through content, visuals, and marketing initiatives. A proactive mindset and creative thinking are key. This internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to multiple marketing channels, and the opportunity to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your input truly matters.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media, newsletters, and the website.
  • Support with video editing (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and basic graphic design tasks.
  • Help manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including performance tracking.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and performance summaries.
  • Support SEO efforts by optimizing website and blog content.
  • Own and manage small-scale marketing and PR-related projects.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, brand initiatives, and content ideas.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Interest in the football, media, or creative industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus).
