About the role

We're looking for an
intern/junior content creator
who will support our partner ecosystem by producing high-quality content across Spanish and Italian markets. This opportunity is open both as an
internship
(for candidates eligible foran internship supported by an institutional agreement) and as a
junior Partner Content Creator
position.

You'll create the content that helps partners:

  • Understand and sell Factorial better.

  • Promote co-marketing campaigns.

  • Engage their audiences.

  • Educate clients about our product.

Your work will directly support the growth of Factorial and strengthen the relationship with our reseller and strategic partners.

This is a role for someone who is hands-on, collaborative, and eager to grow fast. You'll be part of a dynamic team that works across Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Partner Management.

What will you be doing?

  • Create engaging content for partners: newsletters, social copy, email campaigns, landing pages, scripts, short-form videos, and assets for co-marketing.

  • Adapt messaging to different markets (Spain + Italy mainly, plus English for internal alignment)

  • Support the execution of partner campaigns, product launches, and joint initiatives.

  • Build content for webinars, events, and go-to-market materials.

  • Maintain brand consistency while keeping messages fresh, creative, and aligned with partner goals.

  • Track content performance and help improve effectiveness based on data and feedback.

  • Support project coordination with partners (content deliveries, timelines, approvals, etc.).

You're a great fit if you…

  • Are fluent/native in
    Spanish and Italian
    .

  • Have a
    high level of English
    ; Portuguese or German are highly valued.

  • Eligible
    for a curricular internship or willing to join full-time (if applying for the junior position).

  • Have experience in content creation (copywriting, social, scripts, basic video editing, or similar).

  • Are passionate about communication, creativity, and helping partners shine.

  • Love working in fast-paced environments and learning new things quickly.

  • Can adapt tone, voice, and format depending on the audience and channel.

  • Are proactive, organized, and not afraid to ask questions or propose ideas.

  • Bring a positive attitude and enjoy collaborating with different teams.

transparent salary grid
for internships at
€750 gross/month
, ensuring clarity from day one. For the full-time role, our transparent salary range goes from
