We're looking for a
Junior Social Media Content Creator
to support our growing team in Barcelona.

This role is perfect for someone with
1–2 years of experience
in social media content creation, who wants to help shape a young agency, take ownership of creative projects, and grow in a fast-moving environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, and producing social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Developing creative ideas and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines
  • Creating high-quality visuals using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Shooting and editing content using CapCut, smartphones, or cameras (Reels, Stories, etc.)
  • Using social media planning tools like SocialPilot to organize and publish content
  • Experimenting with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, or Sora
  • Staying up to date on social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team

  • Working closely with our strategy and design team to develop engaging content

  • Your Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation (agency or in-house)

  • Degree in media, communications, design, or a related field
  • Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with CapCut and social media management tools (e.g., SocialPilot)
  • Solid photo and video skills (bonus: experience with professional camera gear)
  • Familiar with formats and trends on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Interest in AI-powered content creation
  • Native German speaker with good English skills (Spanish is a plus)
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
  • Willingness to relocate to Barcelona
