At Factorial we're looking for a new Content Marketing Intern for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company's growth to the next level.

The Role
Are you passionate about writing and digital content? Do you want to learn how to drive qualified traffic through SEO and content strategy? Join our Content Marketing team and develop your skills in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
As a
Content Marketing Intern
, your main mission will be to support the team in improving our organic positioning through high-quality, value-driven content. You will work closely with SEO specialists, brand, and performance marketing teams to help us reach and engage our audience across different platforms.
What you will learn & contribute to:
- How to research trending topics related to HR, business, and the world of work to create content ideas that people want to read.
- How to write SEO-optimized blog posts in Spanish that are clear, compelling, and aligned with our editorial voice.
- How to collaborate on scriptwriting for videos used on YouTube, social media, and paid campaigns.
- How to plan, optimize, and publish content using WordPress (or similar CMS platforms).
- How SEO and content marketing contribute to lead generation and pipeline creation.
You'll gain hands-on experience in a growing SaaS company while sharpening your content writing skills and learning the fundamentals of inbound marketing and SEO.
Your Profile
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English – you can write and communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
- Strong writing and editing skills – you enjoy crafting well-structured, engaging content and have a sharp eye for grammar and style.
- Curious and resourceful – you're comfortable researching complex topics and turning them into easy-to-understand content.
- Interest in SEO and digital marketing – you've heard of things like keywords, meta descriptions, or Google ranking, and you're eager to learn more.
- Organized and proactive – you can manage tasks independently but also love collaborating with others.
- Familiar with CMS tools like WordPress – or you're confident you can learn quickly.
- Previous marketing or writing experience is a plus, but not required – motivation and potential matter more
