Funciones¿Te apasionan las redes sociales, el contenido creativo y el mundo digital? Únete como Social Media Intern al equipo de Hesperia World y participa activamente en la gestión de la presencia online de nuestras marcas hoteleras. Funciones y tareas principales: Apoyar en la planificación y programación de contenido para redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) . Redactar textos creativos (copys) alineados con el tono de cada marca. Participar en la creación y edición de contenido gráfico y audiovisual (reels, stories, vídeos, etc. ) . Monitorizar y analizar métricas clave de rendimiento: engagement, alcance, crecimiento de seguidores, etc. Investigar tendencias, novedades del sector y buenas prácticas en social media. Apoyar en la gestión de comunidad: responder mensajes, comentarios y menciones.Colaborar en campañas de paid media y acciones con influencers. Dar soporte en la elaboración de informes y presentaciones de resultados mensuales.
RequisitosRequisitos: Estudiante de grado o máster en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Periodismo o similar. Pasión por las redes sociales y comprensión de sus dinámicas y formatos. Capacidad de redacción creativa y dominio del lenguaje digital. Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de diseño y edición (Canva, CapCut u otras) . Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de redes sociales (ej. Metricool, Buffer…) . Nivel medio
- alto de inglés (otros idiomas valorados) . Actitud proactiva, creatividad y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico.
