We're Pedra, a Barcelona-based SaaS building AI tools for real estate professionals (virtual staging, photo enhancement, videos, and tours).

We're looking for a Video Content Intern to help us produce and publish video content consistently across YouTube and short-form platforms.

About the role

This is an internship / junior role focused on video editing, repurposing, and publishing.

You'll work with clear instructions, templates, and examples. The role is execution-focused at the start and requires attention to detail, speed, and consistency.

  • Type: Internship / part-time
  • Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
  • Location: Remote (CET timezone preferred; Barcelona a plus)
  • Compensation: Paid internship (details shared during the process)

What you will do

  • Edit long-form videos for YouTube (3–6 minutes)
  • Create short clips for social platforms (Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
  • Prepare and export videos in the correct formats
  • Create simple thumbnails (Canva or similar)
  • Upload and publish videos with provided titles and descriptions
  • Organize video files and keep content on schedule
  • Follow a weekly checklist and delivery plan
  • Occasionally appear on camera in simple talking-head videos

No real estate experience required.

Language requirements

  • English: fluent or near-native (required)
  • Spanish: fluent

You should be comfortable:

  • Speaking English and Spanish
  • Being occasionally on camera
  • Publishing content in English accurately

Tools you'll use

  • Video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Thumbnails: Canva / Figma
  • Organization: Google Drive, Notion

Expected pace

  • Weekly video publishing
  • Clear deadlines and delivery checklists
  • Consistent output matters more than perfection

Bonus points

  • You are fluent in German
  • Previous video editing experience (personal, academic, or freelance)
  • Familiarity with YouTube or short-form video formats
  • Interest in software, startups, or digital tools

Growth opportunity

This role is execution-focused at the start.

If the collaboration goes well and you consistently deliver high-quality work, this role can evolve over time into a more senior position with broader responsibility across:

  • Product marketing
  • Content strategy
  • Channel ownership (YouTube / video-led acquisition)
  • Marketing operations
