Your Tasks

As a S&CM Trainee within the Eucerin team, you will support the development and execution of strategies focused on the shopper, the customer, and in-store activation within the pharmacy channel. You will contribute to strengthening brand visibility and ensuring excellent execution across physical and digital points of sale, helping Eucerin deliver a superior shopper experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • In-store execution - supporting the creation and implementation of POS materials, displays, and visibility tools for pharmacies, tracking and evaluating promotional campaigns and activations at the point of sale.
  • Shopper marketing - conducting competitive benchmarking and monitor dermocosmetic market trends & competitors performance and activations; helping to prepare presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project coordination & internal collaboration - coordinating with creative agencies, suppliers, logistics, and cross-functional internal teams; producing reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and point-of-sale execution; supporting administrative tasks within the department.
Your Profile

This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, trade marketing, and the dermocosmetic/pharmacy sector, eager to learn by working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agency partners.

Must have skills:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in dermocosmetics, beauty, healthcare, and the pharmacy retail environment.
  • Analytical skills (knowledge of excel and business data programs will be highly valued).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues & suppliers.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
