Your Tasks

As a S&CM Trainee within the Hansaplast team, you will support the development and execution of strategies focused on the shopper, the customer, and in-store activation within the mass and pharmacy channel. You will contribute to strengthening brand visibility and ensuring excellent execution across physical and digital points of sale, helping Hansaplast to deliver a superior shopper experience and differentiate versus the private label.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Store Execution

  • Support the creation and implementation of POS materials, displays, and visibility tools for Mass Market and Pharmacies.
  • Track and evaluate promotional campaigns and activations at the point of sale.
  • Assist in adapting and applying global brand visibility guidelines to the local market.

2. Shopper Marketing

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor market trends & competitors performance and activations.
  • Help prepare presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.

3. Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, suppliers, logistics, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and point-of-sale execution.
  • Support administrative tasks within the department.
Your Profile

This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, trade marketing, and the dynamic FMCG / pharma sector, eager to learn by working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agency partners.

Must have skills:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in fast moving categories, healthcare in the Spanish retail environment.
  • Analytical skills (used to work with excel and business data programs).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues & suppliers.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • You are in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree, and you are available to sign an internship agreement with your university for a full-time (40 hrs/week), minimum 6-month contract.
  • Previous experience in an international company, ideally in marketing or sales, will be highly valued.
