ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:


IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT- Signed agreement with your academic centre MANDATORY
The Procurement Trainee in our Corporate Division will support the daily activities of the Procurement unit, focusing on the management of the company's vendors. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in procurement processes. This position reports directly to Procurement Manager.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Vendor Research: Assist in research and identify new potential vendors.
  • Database Maintenance: Help maintain a database of reliable and qualified vendors.
  • Support management of contracts with Vendors such as CDA, MSA, WO or SA, if needed.
  • Collaboration Support: Assist in tasks related to vendor collaboration.
  • Supplier Reviews: Participate in supplier reviews and assessments.
  • Support selection of vendors for Start-up studies according to financial conditions to increase the company gross margin.
  • Procurement Documentation: Help in the preparation and maintenance of procurement documents.
  • Ensure procurement records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Finances, Economics, Business Admin., Legal or similar.
  • Basic understanding of financial topics related to procurement.
  • Proactive, analytical, methodical, and organized.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible attitude in response to time demands and unexpected events.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
