Store Development Manager
to join one of our clients: a
well-known international premium fashion company
, recognized for its strong brand identity, timeless design and global retail network.


Your mission

You will be responsible for
supervising and managing store development projects
, from coordination and layout definition to final delivery, acting as the
main point of contact
for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead store and corner opening projects from planning to final delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) and external partners
  • Act as project leader and main point of contact for each opening
  • Work closely with the global architecture studio, local architect, and Finance and Retail teams
  • Review construction and shop drawings throughout all project phases
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, including tenders and bidding processes
  • Control project budgets, costs, payments and deliveries
  • Conduct quality control and site visits
  • Oversee store maintenance projects and refurbishments
  • Supervise the store maintenance team


What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience
    in store development, architecture, interior design or project management
  • Degree in
    Architecture or Interior Design
  • Strong technical and construction knowledge
  • Ability to plan and manage several projects at the same time
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Availability to
    travel abroad
  • Fluent English
    (French is a plus)
