**Who we are...**

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

**The project**

Develop store concept delivering solutions to the organization using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project agreement or contract.

**What will the role entail?**
- Layouts of stores & shop in shops
- Concept Design & Development
- Ensure quality control standards for construction (eg. cost, timing, site building design layout, specifications)
- Monitor and control the construction process by coordinating the efforts of others (eg, Legal, Expansion, commercial and engineering consultants).
- Provide effective consulting and maintain effective working relationships with Department Store and Country Manager.
- Oversee maintenance of documentation supporting project records to ensure that the construction and decision process history is maintained.
- Cost Control

**What are our expectations on you?**
- Architecture/Interior and industrial Design knowledge
- Technical skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, Microsoft office
- Practical experience, ideally in new build project management
- Demonstrable track record of leading the development of major projects
- Knowledge of building, material components and estimating

**Requirements of the position**:

- Proficient Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Sketch UP
- English C1, other european languages such as Spanish, German or French are a plus

- Planning and organizing
