From our Interim Management team, we are looking for a Store Development Manager to join one of our clients: a well-known international premium fashion company, recognized for its strong brand identity, timeless design and global retail network.🎯 Your missionYou will be responsible for supervising and managing store development projects, from coordination and layout definition to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.🎁What we offerA 6-month interim project within a global premium fashion brand with strong international presenceParticipation in high-impact store opening and refurbishment projectsExposure to international standards, brand guidelines and HQ teamsDynamic, creative and fast-paced retail environmentCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Retail, Architecture, Finance)Excellent opportunity to strengthen your retail project management experiencePotential international exposure and professional visibility🏬 Key responsibilitiesLead store and corner opening projects from planning to final deliveryCoordinate internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) and external partnersAct as project leader and main point of contact for each openingWork closely with the global architecture studio, local architect, and Finance and Retail teamsReview construction and shop drawings throughout all project phasesManage contractors and suppliers, including tenders and bidding processesControl project budgets, costs, payments and deliveriesConduct quality control and site visitsOversee store maintenance projects and refurbishmentsSupervise the store maintenance team🧠 What we are looking for3–5 years of experience in store development, architecture, interior design or project managementDegree in Architecture or Interior DesignStrong technical and construction knowledgeAbility to plan and manage several projects at the same timeHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentAvailability to travel abroadFluent English (French is a plus)
