Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist om ons internationale HR-team in Málaga te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces van internationale functies en coördineer je onze jaarlijkse Payroll Academy-programma's.

Je werkt nauw samen met internationale hiring managers en HR-collega's om toptalent aan te trekken, te selecteren en te behouden, met een sterke focus op een uitstekende candidate experience.

Over de functie:


•Zelfstandig beheren van het volledige recruitmentproces voor internationale functies.


•Coördineren van de Payroll Academy, inclusief selectie.


•In kaart brengen van talentbehoeften en ontwikkelen van effectieve wervingsstrategieën in samenwerking met hiring managers.


•Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk talentenpijplijn voor strategische functies.


•Gebruikmaken van data en recruitment-analyses om processen te verbeteren en resultaten te rapporteren.


•Actief bijdragen aan employer branding en het versterken van onze zichtbaarheid als werkgever in internationale markten.


•Zorgen voor naleving van interne recruitmentrichtlijnen en lokale arbeidswetgeving.

Profiel:


•3–5 jaar ervaring in Talent Acquisition of recruitment, bij voorkeur binnen een internationale organisatie.


•Ervaring met het beheren van end-to-end wervingsprocessen.


•Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en goed stakeholdermanagement.


•Ervaring met het coördineren of ondersteunen van opleidings- of academyprogramma's is een pluspunt.


•Vloeiend in Nederlands & Engels.


•Woonachtig in Málaga.
