our future Product Marketing Manager.
bsport is a fast-growing SaaS platform serving boutique fitness studios worldwide. Fresh off our Series B, we are entering an exciting hyper-growth phase – expanding rapidly across global markets with a strong focus on the United States. We're raising the bar for how studios deliver outstanding member experiences and scale efficiently, helping them operate with the flexibility and speed today's customers expect.

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is energized by solving real customer problems. You are biased toward action, comfortable with changing priorities, and believe that done is better than perfect – because learning fast beats guessing.

As a PMM, you will be the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, and Sales — ensuring we deeply understand our customers, articulate how our product helps them thrive, deliver compelling messaging, and equip Sales with everything needed to win.

This is a high-visibility role with significant impact.

What will be your impact:

  • Clearly redefine who our ICP is and conduct customer + market research to uncover their needs, trends, and opportunities; champion customer understanding across teams
  • Develop and refine messaging & positioning that clearly communicate product value across segments and markets
  • Partner with Product to translate product innovations into user-centric narratives and successful go-to-market plans
  • Build highly targeted and compelling sales and CSM enablement content.
  • Work closely with Sales to improve outcomes through talk tracks, objection handling, competitive insights, and training.
  • Drive competitive analysis and win/loss insights to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Lead product launches and roadmap comms across multiple markets in Europe, UK and US.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing to ensure messaging alignment and strong campaign performance
  • Track and communicate product performance and GTM KPIs
  • Become an expert on our product, category, and SMB customer mindset – especially in the US market

You would be great fit if you have:

  • 3–5+ years of product marketing experience at a fast-growing SaaS startup targeting SMBs
  • Experience working across multiple markets – strong understanding of US customer behaviors is essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly customer-centric – able to translate their needs into product + GTM insights
  • Storyteller who simplifies complex concepts into compelling narratives that truly resonate with our ICPs.
  • Thrives in fast-changing environments; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Bias toward action – comfortable iterating quickly, failing fast, and learning faster
  • Strong collaborator who builds alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, POS, CRM, or marketplace SaaS is a plus
  • French or German proficiency is a plus.
