Your Daily Business
  • Customer Experience: IT service is all about delivering a great experience. You make sure employees get reliable, friendly support that keeps them productive.
  • On-Site Support: You provide 1st and 2nd level support for day-to-day IT needs such as device setup, access management, and troubleshooting. For more complex Access Management, coordinate with our international IT team. 
  • User Assistance: Meetings and events can be stressful – you stay calm and ensure smooth technical preparations and support throughout.
  • Error Handling & Technical Support: You will troubleshoot devices, software, and applications, document solutions, and keep site documentation up to date. When needed, you'll coordinate with vendors for warranty cases and hardware replacements.
  • IT Hardware Management: You procure, configure, and maintain IT hardware while ensuring users receive the right onboarding and guidance.
  • Project Involvement: You will provide hands-on support during deployments, migrations, and relocations, focusing on operational tasks without project management responsibilities.


What makes you a good fit
  • Relevant Qualifications: Sure, a completed IT training would be great. But if you have a strong IT affinity and already relevant experience you are more than welcome to apply.
  • Mindset: Strong communication skills, customer focus, and reliability. We trust you to work independently – no micromanaging here.
  • Motivation: Working pro-actively in a team is not an issue, but you are also not afraid to save the day on your own? Awesome
  • IT Experience: Practical experience in IT support and familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) is a nice-to-have, but we can teach you if you let us.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and user management (e.g., Active Directory). Previous IT support experience and knowledge of ticketing systems (ideally ServiceNow) is a plus – but if you're eager to learn, we'll support you.
  • Flexibility: Open to occasional business travel or IT tasks outside regular hours.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish both written and spoken is required.
