Your role in the team

As a Business Analyst you will analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop and support digital solutions within the context of our rental and business model.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for process-related reqirements in the assigned area.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of agreed features or process changes.
  • Support the continuous improvement of our systems, processes, and applications within a dynamic working environment.

What we expect from you

  • Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Several years of experience in E-Procurement, FinTech, or Supplier Management.
  • Ideally experience in systems such as SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa, or similar solutions.
  • Understanding of digital value chains and knowledge of rental- or subscription-based business models.
  • Experience in preparing and structuring requirements in the form of User Stories, Epics, or process models.
  • Technical understanding, particularly regarding system configuration and integration.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.
