En LHH buscamos incorporar un perfil Sales & Operations Manager para nuestro cliente. Ofrecemos una posición
híbrida entre gestión de operaciones y desarrollo comercial enfocada la gestión de equipos
, con estabilidad, crecimiento y atractivo sistema de comisiones.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Más de 5 años de experiencia
en operaciones marítimas (exportación/importación). - Perfil con clara
orientación comercial
, capaz de desarrollar cuentas nuevas y aportar negocio consolidado. - Aportación de
clientes regulares marítimos
o
tráfico significativo de exportación
. - Capacidad para trabajar y supervisar tanto en la parte operativa como comercial.
- Habilidad para desenvolverse con autonomía, iniciativa y foco en resultados.
- Experiencia en
proyectos especiales
: breakbulk, fletamentos, transportes especiales… (valorable) - Conocimientos en
carga aérea
y/o formación IATA (valorable). - Nivel de inglés B2 (valorable).

por el negocio aportado. - Rango salarial: € b/a + bonus + variable

- Lunes a jueves: 08:30 h – 13:30 h / 14:45 h – 18:00 h
- Viernes: 08:30 h – 15:30 h
