Responsabilidades

  • Ser la cara visible de nuestro restaurante, el impulsor de nuestra filosofía y el mejor anfitrión para nuestros invitados.
  • Liderar y organizar al equipo durante el turno para ofrecer un servicio excelente.
  • Planificar el día a día del restaurante logrando un gran ambiente de trabajo, sin olvidar la rentabilidad del negocio.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesionales con experiencia que disfruten con la hostelería y les apasione la gestión de restaurantes. Si es tu caso, te estamos esperando
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en posiciones gerenciales interviniendo en la gestión integral del restaurante (sala, cocina, producto, personal, ventas, resultados financieros)
  • Conocimientos sobre gestión de los costes y cuenta de explotación.
  • Posibilidad de cambiar de restaurante dentro de la misma localidad.
