Target Groups : Professionals, Administrative Staff. Deadline of Application : 4 July 2024. The University of Almería (UAL) is recruiting a UNIgreen Support Officer. The UNIgreen Support Officer will be part of the UNIgreen coordination team based at UAL, serving the entire Alliance. Under the supervision of the General Coordination, they will assist the General Coordinator, the Project Manager, and the local team in executing the following functions: The daily Alliance management, in close coordination with the Alliance Coordinator and the UNIgreen Governing Bodies. Daily management of Quality Assurance and Control (representing UAL in the Quality Committee/WP8). Supporting the management of the Alliance’s communication. Supporting the coordination of the UNIgreen Communication team at both the Alliance and local team levels. Assisting in content creation, writing news articles and press releases about the Alliance. Monitoring the internal communication of the Alliance. Organising and following up on meetings (calls, minutes, etc.) of the various Alliance bodies. Organising and following up on events and external meetings in which the Alliance participates. Preparing and drafting reports on the results and positioning of the Alliance. Assisting the Project Manager in the development of their functions. Any other duties assigned by the UNIgreen coordination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
