Buscamos una persona con perfil de investigador/a, con curiosidad por el insight y la medición, que nos ayude a estudiar el papel del ecosistema publicitario en la relevancia de las marcas.Como parte del equipo de Insights & Measurement de la unidad, trabajarás muy cerca de los equipos de Estrategia y Science y contarás con el apoyo de compañeras y compañeros con un profundo conocimiento de la investigación de mercados y de los estudios más importantes del sector.Aquí participarás en un proceso de trabajo end-to-end, en el que aportarás valor en distintas fases de cada proyecto, desde la creación de análisis sociodemográficos, de medios, territorios y mercados hasta la medición de campañas y su impacto en KPIs de marca y negocio.Nuestro propósito es que alcances ideas relevantes y accionables que ayuden a:
  • Diseñar experiencias "meaningful" a través de los medios
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en nuestras estrategias
  • Guiar al cliente en la satisfacción de sus necesidades
  • Perspectiva de negocio, comercial y de venta

Previous Experience & Industry Background

  • Buscamos una persona titulada en Sociología, Psicología, Investigación de Mercados, Marketing,… o cuyo bagaje profesional haya derivado en territorios afines , con experiencia de 5 a 10 años en estos temas y predilección por el mundo de la comunicación y la publicidad.
  • Es esencial para el puesto tener habilidades para detectar oportunidades, orientar el negocio, interpretar datos y presentar recomendaciones estratégicas ajustadas a los objetivos de cada proyecto. Te ayudará que seas una persona resolutiva y con recursos de gestión y comunicación para abordar proyectos en equipo.
  • Necesitamos que domines plenamente MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint y Word) y conozcas fuentes y metodologías de investigación de mercados: Estudios de consumo como AIMC Marcas, YouGov o Global Web Index. Fuentes de medios como EGM, Kantar, Infoadex o GfkDAM. Herramientas de analítica web y social: Google Analytics, GTM, Social Intelligence

  • Perfil híbrido (buenas skills de comunicación + conocimiento técnico)
  • Orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipos (proyectos multidisciplinares que se nutren del conocimiento de diversos perfiles del Squad de intelligence).
  • Nivel medio-alto de inglés (capacidad para recibir briefings en inglés y realizar presentaciones).
