Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct market and industry research to gather critical data for client engagements.


• Perform in-depth financial statement analysis of companies to assess their financial health and opportunities.


• Assist in conducting valuations using methods such as trading multiples, M&A multiples and other relevant approaches.


• Assist in the preparation and drafting of confidential investment memorandums (CIMs) and other marketing documents.


• Support internal and external due diligence processes.


• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate smooth execution of M&A transactions.


• Stay updated on tech industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:


• Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.


•
6-month off-cycle internship with the possibility of conversion to a full-time Analyst role.


• Previous experience in M&A, corporate finance, financial advisory, or related fields will be valued.


• Experience with all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)


• Familiarity with SaaS and other tech industry business models is highly advantageous.


• C2 proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Most of the clients are based in the US and Europe (outside of Spain).
