About the Role

A client of Synmatch AI is hiring a full-time Business Development Representative for their Spanish entity. This is a great opportunity to accelerate your career in E-commerce SaaS sales while working in an international environment.

The role is hybrid-first with no strict office policy, and includes generous workation flexibility: up to 180 days per year abroad, including 30 days outside the EU.

Your First 3 Months

  • Complete a structured onboarding program covering the most effective BDR techniques.
  • Learn the product, value proposition and the broader e-commerce and marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold outreach and prospecting in the US market.
  • Collaborate with your Account Executive to identify priority accounts and execute targeted outreach strategies.

After 6 Months and Beyond

  • Achieve deep understanding of the platform and the e-commerce environment.
  • Know the Ideal Customer Profile and key personas to target.
  • Book and coordinate discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs such as outreach activity, meetings booked and pipeline generated.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Expand your business knowledge by understanding how organisations operate and the challenges they face.
  • Identify prospect pain points, gather requirements and align value to customer needs.
  • Keep up with market trends and advanced BDR techniques.
  • Develop your Individual Development Plan (IDP) with your manager to define long-term growth opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 6 months to 1+ year of experience in sales. SaaS or tech exposure is a plus.
  • Strong hunter mindset and comfort making calls.
  • Ability to work towards weekly and monthly targets.
  • C2-level English (spoken and written).
  • Curious, energetic, creative and self-driven team player.
  • Experience using or interest in AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
  • Confident communication with Directors, VPs and C-level leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving.
