Deine Aufgaben
- Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kund:innen, identifizierst vielversprechende Leads und erreichst Deine quartalsweisen SQO-Ziele
- Du kontaktierst Entscheider:innen per Telefon und E-Mail, analysierst ihre Bedürfnisse und präsentierst maßgeschneiderte Cloud-Lösungen
- Du berätst Kund:innen zu modernen Technologien und verbindest diese mit ihren Business-Zielen
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst alle relevanten Daten im CRM-System (Salesforce)
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um Conversion Rates und Pipeline-Performance zu maximieren
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachler- oder fließendem Niveau sowie sehr gutes Englisch (schriftlich & mündlich)
- Erste Erfahrung im Outbound- oder B2B-Sales, idealerweise im IT- oder Cloud-Umfeld
- Grundverständnis von Cloud Computing und beratungsorientiertem Vertrieb
- Du bist proaktiv, zielorientiert und fühlst Dich in einer telefonbasierten Rolle wohl
- Starke Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeiten
