About the job:
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Key Account Manager SSR para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Openpay.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes, impulsar la adopción de soluciones de pago y generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
Responsabilidades:
Prospección y Cierre de Negocios: Liderar el ciclo de venta completo, desde la prospección inicial hasta el cierre de nuevos deals estratégicos con empresas del segmento medium.
Gestión de Cartera: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con clientes clave, identificando oportunidades de up-selling y cross-selling para maximizar el valor de la cuenta.
Análisis y Estrategia de Cuentas: Analizar el rendimiento de la cartera, TPV y promociones, diseñando estrategias basadas en KPIs de venta y rentabilidad.
Negociación Experta: Diseñar, negociar e implementar estrategias comerciales y acuerdos de alto valor, asegurando la competitividad de nuestra propuesta en el mercado.
Colaboración Interna: Actuar como nexo entre los clientes y las áreas internas (Producto, Legal, Soporte) para garantizar una propuesta integral y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
Capacitación y Mentoring: Promover buenas prácticas comerciales y colaborar en capacitaciones internas para potenciar el conocimiento del equipo.
Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales.
Título universitario (o próximo a recibirse) de Lic. en Administración, Economía, Marketing o carreras afines.
Conocimiento del mercado financiero (excluyente).
Manejo básico de herramientas (Sheets, Docs).
