We are seeking an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply for our ride-hailing operations in Madrid.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Create and Optimize Processes: Identify the most efficient ways to run operations
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and solve operational challenges
- Data Analysis: Monitor supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization
- Pricing Management: Manage the pricing strategy to optimize the marketplace efficiency
- Supply Management: Manage the fleet acquisition, conversion, and activation processes autonomously
- Collaborate: Work with local operations and HQ teams to streamline processes and suggest improvements
- Partnership Building: Form bonds with local businesses to enhance demand and support supply growth
About you:
- You have +3 years of experience in Operations, Startup, Consulting, Banking or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, and you have hands-on operational skills
- You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth
