We are seeking an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply for our ride-hailing operations in Madrid.

About the role

This role offers a direct and tangible impact on local operations, contributing significantly to business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fleets to support their performance and satisfaction
  • Implement initiatives to increase service availability and quality.
  • Identify operational improvement areas and propose effective solutions.
  • Negotiate agreements with fleets to increase the supply base.
  • Monitor service quality and take action to uphold high standards.
  • Support coordination of external agents.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.

About you:

  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in Operations, Startup, Consulting, Banking or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks and fast-paced environments.
  • You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
  • Independent, growth-oriented, and team player attitude.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar fields is a plus.
