About The Role
This role offers a direct and tangible impact on local operations, contributing significantly to business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fleets to support their performance and satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to increase service availability and quality.
- Identify operational improvement areas and propose effective solutions.
- Negotiate agreements with fleets to increase the supply base.
- Monitor service quality and take action to uphold high standards.
- Support coordination of external agents.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
About you:
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in Operations, Startup, Consulting, Banking or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks and fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
- Independent, growth-oriented, and team player attitude.
- Experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar fields is a plus.
