As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary mission is to generate qualified meetings with new customers for Italian Public sector / administration
.
Your daily focus is
cold calling, outreach via email and LinkedIn
, and opening doors with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting:
Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Meeting Generation:
Identify
interest and book qualified meetings
- Lead Qualification:
Understand key needs and
determine
whether
there's
a potential fit
- CRM Hygiene:
Log all interactions and insights in the CRM system
- Sales Collaboration:
Share insights and help refine messaging and approach
Job Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales or outbound customer contact. Preferably in IT/technology environment but you can also have experience in call centers
You're
comfortable on the phone and enjoy sparking conversations from scratch
- Strong communication
skills – clear, structured, and empathetic
- Interest in tech and social impact topics like
digital accessibility
- Self-driven, structured, and eager to hit targets
- Fluent in
Italian and English
