At Factorial we're looking for a new Strategic Partner Business Developer for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. You will play a key role in spotting, activating, and qualifying high-impact opportunities, working hands-on with strategic partners (IBEX35 companies, leading tech players, etc.).

The Role

  • Create and implement strategies and initiatives to help us maximize lead generation from our key partners.
  • Strategizing, generating and qualifying the best leads from our partner ecosystem.
  • Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Partner Sales team.
  • Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.
  • Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.
  • Confirm Client needs, develop initial client profiles, and help to build the most personalized solution;
  • Collaborate and strategize with PAEs, Demand Gen, CX Team, and Partner Sales Management.

Your Profile

  • You are a native Spanish speaker & at least B1 English.
  • Previous Sales Experience (Customer Satisfaction, Project Management, Partnerships and similar experiences are highly valued).
  • Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
  • Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with both prospects and partners key stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team
  • Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution (we have a culture of change)

Bonus Points

  • Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, Notion, etc.
  • Have experience in Partnerships/Sales at a SaaS-based company or digital environment.
  • Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
