Role description:
Madrid | Full-time | On-site
We're looking for a Growth & Account Executive to accelerate STAMP's expansion in the Italian market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, account management, and strategic growth.
What you will do:
- Drive new business by identifying and closing opportunities with Italian merchants
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
- Develop tailored growth strategies based on merchant needs and sales data
- Analyze performance and uncover new revenue and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure merchant success
- Act as the key point of contact for Italian market stakeholders
What you will bring:
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven ability to generate leads and execute growth strategies
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, fintech, or payment solutions is a strong advantage
- Confidence using CRM tools, sales platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments
