En este momento, seleccionamos un/a Risk Manager con especialización en infraestructuras de mercado financiero con experiencia en gestión de riesgos operacionales y de ciberseguridad.

Te incorporarás en un equipo internacional y participaras en proeyctos críticos relacionados con sistemas de pago, liquidación y gestión de colateral.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en gestión de riesgos en el
    ámbito de infraestructuras de mercado financiero
  • Conocimiento sólido de
    gestión de riesgos operacionales y de ciberseguridad
  • Capacidad para aplicar marcos y estándares como ISO 27001, NIST CSF, EBA ICT Guidelines o DORA
    .
  • Experiencia en
    evaluación de riesgos, elaboración de mapas y reporting ejecutivo
    .
  • Habilidad en la planificación de proyectos, seguimiento de hitos y análisis de desviaciones.
  • Dominio de herramientas de
    reporting y análisis de datos
    (Power BI, Tableau, Excel avanzado).
  • Nivel de inglés
    C1 - oral y escrito

Funciones a realizar:

  • Identificar, evaluar y gestionar riesgos operacionales y de ciberseguridad en el ámbito de las infraestructuras de mercado financiero.
  • Analizar impacto y probabilidad de los riesgos detectados, proponiendo planes de mitigación y seguimiento.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y externas de gestión de riesgos (BCE, DORA, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Actualizar y mantener los
    mapas de riesgos
    de los servicios TARGET y sus sistemas asociados.
  • Definir y controlar
    cronogramas, hitos y entregables
    , asegurando la correcta monitorización y reporting.
  • Elaborar
    informes de estado y presentaciones
    ejecutivas para dirección y auditores.
  • Colaborar con equipos internacionales para alinear estrategias de gestión de riesgos y ciberseguridad.
  • Participar en la mejora continua de procesos y políticas de riesgo operacional.
