Do you want to work in an agile international and self-organized environment where collaboration, trust, and innovation are paramount? We are looking for a person to join the Operational Risk Management team at the 2nd Line of Defense, which is group-wide responsible for the design, maintenance and control of risk guidelines and requirements. Here you will work in a diverse and flexible environment in close cooperation with various business units, and both internal and external clients.

**What You Will Do**:

- definition and further development of group-wide standards, concepts, strategies, and methodologies for the Risk Management
- development of the Risk Management framework taking into consideration regulatory and entrepreneurial requirements
- support and challenge of the risk identification and development of control measures Assurance of the implementation of the control measures through the responsible owners
- performance of independent risk assessment in strategic projects and provide assistance in audits and due diligences
- granting a company-wide controlling and reporting framework and accomplishment of group-wide sensitization campaigns
- proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- support the Continuity risk department
- take part of the open and future projects involving Risk Management

**What You Bring**:

- bachelor degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration or related fields
- relevant experience in the area of Enterprise or Operational Risk. Knowledge of Capital Markets will be valuable too
- accurate knowledge of Risk Management (ideally in the 2 line of defense role as well as in the financial sector) will be valued
- accurate conceptual, organizational, and analytical capabilities
- good planning and organizational skills, being able as well to have an out-of-the-box thinking and have a team player mentality
- effective oral and written communication skills in English to work within international teams
