**Enterprise Risk Manager (f/m/d)**

As Enterprise Risk Manager at Axpo Iberia, you’ll provide oversight and expertise on risk management across the organization. In this key role, you’ll develop frameworks and methodologies that support consistent, effective risk management practices, reporting directly to senior management.

**What you will do**:

- Design, implement and maintain enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and policies
- Continuous enhancement of the risk estimation methodology
- Ensure alignment and consistency in risk practices across Axpo’s divisions
- Prepare and present risk reports for senior management and the board of directors
- Lead project management and provide support for key Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives
- Develop and deliver internal training programs on risk management
- Contribute to risk metrics crucial to Axpo’s financial reporting

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields; certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and regulatory standards
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex topics at all levels
- Strong analytical and project management skills; experience in the energy sector is beneficial
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
