Reporting to

Purchasing & Logistics Manager

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión integral de compras de materiales, repuestos y servicios técnicos para proyectos de reparación y mantenimiento de yates.
  • Búsqueda, evaluación y negociación con proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
  • Control de costes y seguimiento de presupuestos asignados a cada proyecto.
  • Coordinación con los departamentos de logística, almacén y producción para asegurar el suministro en tiempo y forma.
  • Gestión documental: pedidos, albaranes, facturas, certificados de conformidad, etc.
  • Supervisión de entregas y resolución de incidencias con proveedores.

Formación Académica y otra formación:

Se valorará formación en alguna de las siguientes áreas:

  • Grado en Ingeniería Naval o Náutica
  • Grado en Comercio
  • Grado en Logística y Transporte
  • Técnico Superior en Comercio Internacional.
  • Técnico Superior en Transporte y Logística.
  • Máster en Supply Chain Management, Compras, o Logística Internacional.
  • Cursos específicos en negociación con proveedores, gestión de compras, o ERP (SAP)

Habilidades Requeridas:

  • Experiencia previa en compras industriales, preferiblemente en sectores como náutica, naval, automoción o maquinaria.
  • Conocimiento de materiales técnicos, componentes mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos.
  • Nivel medio-alto de inglés
  • Capacidad de negociación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
  • Manejo de ERP y herramientas ofimáticas.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en otros departamentos de compras

Condiciones laborales:

  • Beneficios: ticket restaurante 10.50 Eur/día
  • Horario: 8h diarias de lunes a viernes, flexible, con entrada de 7 a 9 y salida 16 a 18, con una hora para comer
  • Lugar de trabajo: astillero MB92 Barcelona, presencial durante los primeros meses de formación, después 2 días de teletrabajo a coordinar con el resto de integrantes del equipo
  • Tipo de contrato: temporal- sustitución

Reporting to

Purchasing & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle purchasing management of materials, spare parts, and technical services for yacht refit and maintenance projects.
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with national and international suppliers.
  • Cost control and budget tracking for each assigned project.
  • Coordination with the logistics, warehouse, and production departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
  • Document management: purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, certificates of conformity, etc.
  • Monitoring deliveries and resolving supplier-related issues.

Education & Training:

Training in any of the following areas will be considered a plus:

  • Degree in Naval Engineering or Nautical Studies
  • Degree in International Trade or Commerce
  • Degree in Logistics and Transportation
  • Advanced Vocational Training in International Trade
  • Advanced Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or International Logistics
  • Specialized courses in supplier negotiation, procurement management, or ERP (SAP)

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in industrial procurement, preferably in sectors such as yachting, shipbuilding, automotive, or heavy machinery.
  • Knowledge of technical materials, mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
  • Intermediate to high level of English.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and standard office software.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a procurement or purchasing department.

Working Conditions:

  • Benefits: Meal voucher of €10.50/day
  • Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Flexible schedule: start between 7:00 and 9:00, finish between 16:00 and 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Workplace: MB92 Barcelona shipyard. On-site presence required during the initial training period; afterwards, 2 remote work days per week (to be coordinated with the rest of the team).
