We work in areas such as BI, IoT, Big Data, and R&D. In the Operations area, we implement projects related to Service Desk, IT Infrastructures, and Cloud projects, among others.
We are looking for a
bilingual Spanish–English profile
to strengthen our
Internal Care team in Barcelona
What will I do? These will be your main functions:
- Reply to negative reviews.
- Handle escalated customer care claims.
- Provide reassurance on email channel and social media.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent / bilingual level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Based in Barcelona or nearby with availability to work in a hybrid model.
- Clear customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, eager to learn, and ready to bring value to a dynamic environment.
- Being a Geek is a must Extremely curious about technology and/or the repair/refurbishment industry.
