What are we looking for?

As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have to ensure that all supplier invoices are controlled, recorded, processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.

Key Responsabilities:

  • To ensure the accurate batching, coding and allocation of invoices accurately on purchase ledger to ensure that all suppliers are paid in a timely manner – following SHARE processes

  • Review outstanding purchase orders for potential accruals (GL activity)

  • Reconciliation of suppliers' statements

  • Preparation of Journals (GL activity)

  • Dealing with internal and suppliers' queries

  • Ad hoc reporting and supporting of other departmental duties during peak periods

  • Maintain performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

  • Supporting AP activities from multiple Op Cos

  • Adhere to Ricoh's core values and operate with a high level of engagement.

  • Ensuring compliance with SOX and that both internal and external audit requirements are met.

What do you need?

  • Must be able to read/write/speak English/Spanish fluently. German highly valued.

  • A working knowledge of Oracle/Excel is desirable

  • Advanced education with a minimum of 1 year experience in similar position.

  • Must have a strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers)

  • Must be able to prioritise and make decisions in the given framework for actions.

  • Must be an effective and confident communicator (written and verbal).
