We're looking for an
experienced Head of UX
to join our team.

Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on Casino, Sportsbook, or other online gaming platforms.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UX work in Casino or Sportsbook platforms, demonstrating experience with game interfaces, betting workflows, live betting, and other dynamic gaming experiences.

Platform Expertise: Experience designing complex digital platforms, with a focus on scalability and usability for high-traffic through mobile and web.

Tools & Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (low/high fidelity prototypes), Miro, Confluence, Jira, strong understanding of design systems.

Research: Expertise in UX research and usability testing, with a solid ability to translate research insights into actionable design improvements.

Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations for online gaming, including responsible gaming features and age verification processes.

Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design strategies and the business impact of UX initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities:

UX Vision, Strategy, and Platform Design Leadership - lead the overall UX strategy of the platform (web, mobile, in-app), ensure all design decisions align with company objectives and platform growth.

Platform design Team Mentorship & Development - bring fresh UX ideas aligned with business, to grow design team's UX expertise and high-performance culture that prioritizes quality.

Design System and Platform Consistency - maintain a complex design system development that creates one big workflow for the whole RND, contains consistency between design, main stakeholders and engineering teams.

User-Centric Experience Design - create intuitive, user- and business-friendly experiences for a diverse audience of users, focus on critical user journeys.

Cross-Functional Teams Collaboration and Platform Integration - work closely with all UI/UX designers, product managers and engineers to ensure that your UX is clear and used across all the teams.

UX research and Performance Optimization - use all of the UX research methods you can (player feedback, analytics, A/B testing, or usability research) to drive improvements, focusing on key performance indicators, set your own analytic preferences.

Innovation and Industry Trends - know the competitors and utilize research insights to emerge trends and innovations into platform seamlessly.

Stakeholder Management and Communication - present UX strategy, design solutions, and performance results to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring design initiatives align with business goals.
