We're hiring: Operations & Service Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity Services)Hack in Hire is recruiting for a client in the cybersecurity services space looking for an operational leader to ensure services are planned, executed, and delivered with maximumefficiency, quality, and profitability. This is a cross-functional role at the core of service production—balancing delivery excellence, SLA compliance, and sustainable operational growth, in close coordination with Sales and leadership.About the roleAs anOperations Director, your mission is to provide an end-to-end, proactive view of production across multiple technical teams (e.g.,DFIR, MDR, SCV/ITE, Pentesting). You'll coordinate capacity and resource allocation across projects and recurring services, supervise commitments to customers (SLAs, response times, deliverables), and continuously improve operational procedures, reporting, and service profitability.You'll also act as the operational bridge betweenSales and Delivery, ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality kick-offs, and efficient renewals—while supporting commercial conversations with operational and technical context when needed.What you'll doCoordinate workload and capacity across technical areas (DFIR, MDR, SCV/ITE, Pentesting, etc.)Manage resource allocation for both projects and recurring managed servicesEnsure delivery deadlines, priorities, and quality standards are consistently metMonitor productivity and detect bottlenecks or deviations earlyTrack and improve operational KPIs (efficiency, utilization, backlog, margin per service line)Standardize and optimize delivery procedures and documentation practicesEnsure accurate updates across internal systems (ERP, CRM, ticketing, etc.)Coordinate with Sales/Business Development on onboarding and project/service kick-offsOwn and execute standard renewals for recurring services (with Sales/Admin)Maintain continuous alignment with Sales to:Identify upsell / service expansion opportunitiesFlag situations requiring scope/resource/terms renegotiationProvide technical-operational support in client meetings (methodology, capabilities, operations)Align operational planning with revenue and margin targetsRun weekly/monthly operational reviews (service reviews) with leadership and service ownersImprove collaboration across technical, commercial, and administrative teamsPromote automation and standardization (continuous improvement / Kaizen mindset)Implement quality and satisfaction metrics (internal + customer-facing) and action plansProduce operational and profitability reporting by service linePartner with Finance/Admin on revenue forecasting and operational cost controlEnsure career plans exist and are aligned to business needs and analyst expectationsFoster team cohesion and practices that reduce attrition and improve engagementWhat we're looking for5+ years in operational management or coordination of technical services, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or managed services environments (MSSP, SOC, DFIR, etc.)Functional knowledge of service delivery models and SLA-based operationsStrong planning, prioritization, and analytical skillsExcellent cross-functional communication (technical + commercial teams)Ability to balance operational control with business and customer perspectiveTechnical English (upper-intermediate or higher)What's offeredA key role at the center of a growing cybersecurity services operationHigh visibility and direct impact on efficiency, delivery quality, and marginsCross-functional collaboration with technical leadership, Sales, and Finance/AdminOpportunity to build scalable operational systems and processesSuccess indicators (first 6–12 months)Implement a service-level workload and capacity control systemAssess current customer satisfaction and identify improvement actionsImprove operational predictability and reduce deviations (>10%)Achieve smoother integration between Operations and SalesImprove kick-off and renewal speed and qualityIncrease productive efficiency and margin visibility across service lines Interested?
