Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools.

We are looking for someone who loves solving problems, improving efficiency and always finds the way to get things done

This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works.

About The Role:
Lead one of the team verticals, including defining the strategy, refining KPIs, managing a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for the executionDevelop and maintain a strong relationship with senior management of the company across all teams and locationsWork in a cross functional team to launch and scale complex projects with different workstreamsDefine and support the strategy of your vertical and the scalability of the projectsEnsure individual team members are effective, and define their goals to assure successProvide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team membersExecute analysis of business opportunities and processesAnalyze performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and implement short-mid and long-term solutions to improve itAbout You:
Project management / startup or consulting background (7y+ experience)Fluent English and SpanishStrong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experienceSolution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spiritStrong verbal and written communication skills, with strong skills in creating and developing relationships with C-level executives.Ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff.Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts while being in contact with the top management - very high visibility and exposure both internally and externally.This is not a position for an event production backgroundBenefits & Perks:
