- Represent and position a modern LIMS solution to selected large biotech accounts across Europe, driving new business and long-term value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across business, IT, and executive leadership levels.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, coordinating internal and external resources as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and sales quota objectives.
- Stay current on life sciences and quality industry trends to proactively address customer challenges.
- Operate with urgency, integrity, and a strong focus on customer success while contributing to overall team goals.
